Your help is needed the night of the first VHS football game of the season!! Our goal is to sell out of our fantastic new sunshades and remaining water bottles.  Here's how to access the Volunteer Sign-Up for this event:

1.  Click on the "Calendar" tab on our menu bar.  Be sure you are clicking "Calendar," NOT "Google Calendar."  Here's the link: https://www.vandegriftswimanddive.com/swim_meets

2. When you click "Calendar," the list view of our events/ meets for the season comes into view.  You'll see a green button to indicate that jobs are open.  Click that green button.

3.  When you do so, you'll see the names registered under your account.  Click your name and you'll see a table that gives details about the shifts and jobs you may perform. 

4.  Click your preference.

5. Be sure to hit the blue button that says "Save Your Assignments."  Also, make a note in your own calendar to ensure you don't forget!

As we get used to our new Swimtopia system, we appreciate your patience!  Also, we really appreciate our "all hands on deck" mentality from our families.  You guys are amazing.
