The meet will be run in its entirety. All events to be swum.

When: Saturday, October 13

Where: Micki Krebsbach Pool, 301 Deep Wood Drive, Round Rock

When: Swimmers arrive at VHS at 7:05am for a 7:15am bus departure. Warmups are at 8:30am with a 9am meet start time. If meet runs on time, approximate end time is 12:15pm. Note the change in time. Two teams will not be swimming so timeline has been shortened. Timeline and psych sheet have been posted on website.

Tent arrival: Approximately 7am ... should be enough tents for swimmers and parents.

Slight change in plans for feeding the swimmers this Saturday due to the weather forecast, the shortened timeline, and kids potentially leaving early for ACL.

We will be providing breakfast tacos around 9-9:30am. We will not be providing lunch. Drinks and snacks will be available at meet. 

Please provide a chair at the meet for your swimmer. There is not enough room on the bus for chairs. Remember to bring a chair for yourself as well.

Please go to the swim booster website calendar to sign up to volunteer. We need help with tent set up/tear down and timers.

Coach Walsh has graciously agreed, with written consent, that swimmers can leave directly after the meet with their parents or another designated adult.
